Hello! Welcome to KB School, as the community fondly refers to us. Finding the right school may not always be an easy decision, but our Admissions Team is here to help. We are on hand to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process, from an enquiry to taking you on a tour of our campuses. We strive to bring out the best in your child, and look forward to your family becoming part of our KB community!

At KB, we aim to bring out the best in everyone, both within and beyond the classroom. We welcome children of all nationalities whose families are committed to a valuable and global education that predominantly follows the SSC Curriculum. KB is committed to the principle of equal opportunity in education and seeks to admit candidates who we believe will contribute to and benefit from the curriculum offered, and whose admission will also complement the education of existing students. Student admissions are accepted throughout the year, subject to the school’s schedule. Whether you join us at the beginning of the academic year, or sometime in the middle, you can be assured of a warm welcome from across the KB community.

As places fill up very quickly, we advise applying as early as possible. Let us guide you through the application process with the following steps

ADMISSION PROCESS

  • Enquiries and Admissions for the academic year 2024-25 will be in progress in the school office on all working days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Admission is open to students of all communities, irrespective of caste & creed. We welcome applications from students of all nationalities.
  • Applying for admission does not imply admission. Admission is subject to the eligibility of the student and the availability of seats. The Admission Committee’s decision is final.
  • Please ensure your ward attends the diagnostic test or personal observation and interview as scheduled. 
  • Submit the duly filled in Admission form along with the necessary documents.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

  1. 2 Passport size photographs of the student and 1 each of parents and guardian
  2. Photocopy of the date of birth certificate (Issued by the Municipal corporation or any competent authority)
  3. Photocopy of the student’s Aadhar Card & Parents
  4. Photocopy of the passport and parents in case the student of NRI
  5. Photocopy of the caste certificate (Issued by competent authority); the original needs to be shown for verification.
  6. Photocopy of the report card of the last assessment of the current academic year
  7. Bonafide certificate (In case of Pre-Primary admission)
  8. Transfer Certificate (Duly Countersigned by concerned authority) to be submitted after the completion of the current academic year in the existing school. The date of submission would be specified by the school.
  9. Health Card (if any): It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the school in writing if the student is undergoing any medical treatment/medical ailment/ allergies etc… at the time of Registration.
  10. On grant of admission, the parent must complete the admission formalities by submitting prescribed documents and payment of the Term fee.
  11. The student is required to fulfil the age criteria for grade admission granted by the admission committee.
  12. In case of a parent cancelling the admission, no paid fee will be refunded under any circumstances.
  13. An incomplete admission form will be rejected without assigning any reason.
